We want to spotlight our employees with milestone anniversaries, so we asked Jasmine and Donnie Reed, her Regional Manager, a few questions to give us all a chance to get to know her a little better!
Jasmine ~
How would you describe the company culture in just three words, and why?
"Dependable- I can count on Haley to maintain a good reputation with our vendors to keep supplies coming and the property running. Compassionate- I am thankful to work with some of the most caring people in the business especially over the last 2 years when I’ve needed it the most. Giving- I love seeing all the volunteer work and donations. Filling back packs or snack bags to give kids is one of my favorite things we have done during leadership conference."
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three things would you want with you? "Dessert (if you know me you know my passion for dessert), My Husband and Chapstick"

What is one word you would use to describe Jasmine and why?
"Loyal. Throughout years of transitions—including property sales, acquisitions, and organizational changes—Jasmine has remained a constant. Her commitment to Haley Residential and her ability to adapt, grow, and excel in every environment truly set her apart."
