Which of the company’s core values resonates with you the most and why?
"The core value that resonates with me the most is continuous improvement through entrepreneurial spirit. I truly believe that no matter where we are in life, we can always strive to better ourselves. I am passionate about the power of knowledge and lifelong learning; when we stop learning, we become stagnant. I also believe everyone should have the opportunity to take initiative and be innovative, creating value for ourselves, our property, and our company. "

What would your perfect weekend look like?
"My perfect weekend would be spent sitting on a boat in the middle of the ocean, with nothing but endless blue water in every direction and no land in sight. Surrounded by friends, enjoying great music, and feeling the gentle sway of the waves, I would take every opportunity to jump in and snorkel or scuba dive, exploring the underwater world. The combination of adventure, relaxation, and good company—completely disconnected from the noise of daily life—would make it truly perfect for me. "

How have Justin’s skills or expertise contributed to the team’s success?
"Justin consistently goes above and beyond to support not only his own property but others throughout the region. Whether it's helping with turns, assisting another maintenance team, or tackling a difficult project, he is always willing to jump in with a positive attitude. His reliability, work ethic, and team-first mentality make him an invaluable asset to Haley. "

Donni~
What has been your most memorable moment at Haley?
"My most memorable moment at Haley was being recognized by my leadership for something I simply considered part of my job. After one of my properties was hit by a tornado, I did what I believed anyone in my position should do—I was there to support my team and our residents. Being honored in front of my peers for responding during such a difficult time was incredibly meaningful. It reminded me that even when you're simply doing what you believe is expected, those actions can have a lasting impact and be appreciated by others. "

If you could pick any superpower, what would it be and why?
"I would choose the ability to heal. Whether helping someone through a difficult time, improving their health, or simply making life a little easier, being able to make a positive difference in someone's life would be the greatest gift."

Troy~
What are some of Donni’s key strengths or skills that make her successful?
"Donni is determined to be successful. She isn’t afraid of hard work and is willing to put in the time and effort needed to meet her goals and expected performance targets. She knows the industry and is able to translate that knowledge to her teams. I have also discovered that Donni is great at interior design. Her office and model unit remodels are some of the best in the company. I quickly learned that when she has a design plan, let her run with it because the end product will be amazing."

Which of our company's core values resonates with you the most and why?
"Integrity Matters, because in the field we work, we are just a puzzle piece to the whole puzzle. And a without all the other pieces of the puzzle, you are just a piece, and you don't get to see the bigger picture. Our purpose to assist families, and treat others the way we would like to be treated. "Love thy neighbor or as thyself!"

What is your favorite food or cuisine?
"Anything I cook, I went to culinary school, and I am a certified chef. (Just saying)"

Kathi Tant, Regional Manager ~
How have his skills or expertise contributed to the team’s success?
"As the maintenance lead, Dawade's skills and expertise played a huge role in our team's success. Instead of getting discouraged by setbacks, he rolled up his sleeves until the job was done. He earns the respect of his office team and the residents, and it made a lasting difference in keeping the community running smoothly."

How would you describe the company culture in just three words, and why?
"I would describe our company culture as collaborative, fun, and energetic because we work hard, support each other, and enjoy activities that strengthen our team."

What would your perfect weekend look like?
"My perfect weekend is spending time with my family and friends, cooking out, and playing games. I come from a large family, so there's usually a party, barbecue, or get-together happening every weekend. I love being surrounded by the people I care about, sharing good food, and making memories together."

Kathie ~
How have her skills or expertise contributed to the team’s success?
"Yvette's skills and expertise have been a great success of our apartment management team at The Pointe. She leads with professionalism, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving."

Haley Residential Volunteer Day!

☀️ We may have had our eyes on the forecast, but we beat the rain and enjoyed an incredible day volunteering with Mosaic and their amazing clients!

From sharing lunch and making friendship bracelets to playing games, blowing bubbles, cooling off with Kona Ice, and making a splash at the splash pad, the day was filled with smiles, laughter, and meaningful connections.

At Haley Residential, we believe the best communities are built by giving back. We are grateful to the Mosaic team for welcoming us and for the opportunity to spend such a fun and memorable day together.

⛳️❤️ What an incredible day at the Operation Super Jack Golf Tournament!

Haley Residential was proud to play, volunteer, and sponsor this amazing event in support of the Super Jack Foundation's mission to help local children battling cancer live their best lives—all in memory of their small but mighty hero, Super Jack Speichert.

The day was filled with fun, laughter, and friendly competition! Golfers swung hard, volunteers challenged players with trivia and flamingo poses for mulligans 🦩⛳, and the crowd-favorite Fireball Swinging Marshmallow Challenge awarded one lucky winner 10 shots of Fireball! 🔥🥃 All for an incredible cause. 💙
