What do you love most about your team?
"What I love most about my team is that we work together, support each other, and are always willing to lend a hand when needed. Everyone brings different skills and experience to the table, and we work together to solve problems and keep things running smoothly. "

What is one thing you can’t live without?
"One thing I can’t live without is the lake at Ashbrooke. The lake at Ashbrooke relaxes me, and I enjoy walking by it every day."

Brandon ~
How does he support and uplift his teammates?
"Dave is a great coach, and his knowledge of all aspects of the maintenance world helps our team achieve our goals. Dave has been instrumental in implementing techniques and strategies for the maintenance team that allow us to operate at a high level."

Please join us in congratulating Justin Reed on his promotion to Property Operations & Field Specialist!

From Maintenance Technician to Community Manager and one of our original Haley's Heroes, Justin has consistently shown dedication, versatility, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed!

In his new role, Justin will travel across our portfolio, sharing his knowledge, supporting our teams, and making a difference wherever he's needed.

We love celebrating growth from within and couldn't be more excited for Justin as he prepares for this next chapter!

On September 18th, Haley Residential was honored to participate in the Sleep in Heavenly Peace Bed Build sponsored by NP Dodge Management Company, NP Dodge Company, FNBO & Dodge Cares.

Together, volunteers came together to build an incredible 210 beds for local children who may otherwise be sleeping on floors, air mattresses, couches, or in overcrowded spaces.

Our Haley team was also excited to contribute new bedding to complete these beds and give local children a comfortable place to call their own. 🛏️ ❤️

It’s amazing what can happen when companies and communities come together for a common purpose. We are grateful for the opportunity to roll up our sleeves, work alongside so many others, and help make sure more children in our community have a safe and comfortable place to sleep.

Thank you to NP Dodge Management Company and Sleep in Heavenly Peace - NE for bringing everyone together for such a meaningful event. We were proud to be a small part of making a BIG difference!

The perfect way to wrap up our Haley Residential Leadership Conference! ❤️

We kicked off our final day with an amazing Vendor Brunch hosted by Rocket Man—and monitored by HR for appropriateness, of course! 😂 Great food and plenty of laughs!

We also partnered with United way of the Midlands Good on the Go program to assemble essential care and snack kits for local nonprofits. We are always grateful for an opportunity to come together and be of service. 💙

We finished the day bowling, eating, laughing, and simply enjoying time together. 🎳

So grateful for these few days together, our incredible managers, and a company that values its people, relationships, and giving back!

Day One of our Haley Residential Leadership Conference was AWESOME! 🎉

We started the day with an inspiring message from our President, Jeff Arnold, setting the tone for a great day of learning, leadership, and connection.

Our keynote speaker, Scott Tillema, SWAT hostage negotiator, followed with powerful lessons on navigating difficult conversations, building trust, managing emotions, and de-escalating challenging situations. So many great takeaways we can put into practice as leaders!

Next up, Pam Bourne and Ashley Connell reinforced so much of what Scott shared—and reminded us of another very important leadership lesson: DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT! 😂

We also had a great Q&A session with our Executive Team, giving our leaders the opportunity to ask questions, hear different perspectives, and have open conversations about our company and where we’re headed.

We wrapped up an incredible first day with our Awards Dinner, celebrating our managers and recognizing their amazing accomplishments over the past year. 🏆

A great day of learning, laughing, celebrating, and growing together. We’re proud of our Haley leaders and excited for what’s still to come! ❤️

"The core value that resonates with me the most is continuous improvement through entrepreneurial spirit. I truly believe that no matter where we are in life, we can always strive to better ourselves. I am passionate about the power of knowledge and lifelong learning; when we stop learning, we become stagnant. I also believe everyone should have the opportunity to take initiative and be innovative, creating value for ourselves, our property, and our company. "

What would your perfect weekend look like?
"My perfect weekend would be spent sitting on a boat in the middle of the ocean, with nothing but endless blue water in every direction and no land in sight. Surrounded by friends, enjoying great music, and feeling the gentle sway of the waves, I would take every opportunity to jump in and snorkel or scuba dive, exploring the underwater world. The combination of adventure, relaxation, and good company—completely disconnected from the noise of daily life—would make it truly perfect for me. "

How have Justin’s skills or expertise contributed to the team’s success?
"Justin consistently goes above and beyond to support not only his own property but others throughout the region. Whether it's helping with turns, assisting another maintenance team, or tackling a difficult project, he is always willing to jump in with a positive attitude. What has been your most memorable moment at Haley?
"My most memorable moment at Haley was being recognized by my leadership for something I simply considered part of my job. After one of my properties was hit by a tornado, I did what I believed anyone in my position should do—I was there to support my team and our residents. Being honored in front of my peers for responding during such a difficult time was incredibly meaningful. It reminded me that even when you're simply doing what you believe is expected, those actions can have a lasting impact and be appreciated by others. "

If you could pick any superpower, what would it be and why?
"I would choose the ability to heal. Whether helping someone through a difficult time, improving their health, or simply making life a little easier, being able to make a positive difference in someone's life would be the greatest gift."

Troy~
What are some of Donni’s key strengths or skills that make her successful?
"Donni is determined to be successful. She isn’t afraid of hard work and is willing to put in the time and effort needed to meet her goals and expected performance targets. She knows the industry and is able to translate that knowledge to her teams. I have also discovered that Donni is great at interior design. Her office and model unit remodels are some of the best in the company. I quickly learned that when she has a design plan, let her run with it because the end product will be amazing."

Which of our company's core values resonates with you the most and why?
"Integrity Matters, because in the field we work, we are just a puzzle piece to the whole puzzle. And a without all the other pieces of the puzzle, you are just a piece, and you don't get to see the bigger picture. Our purpose to assist families, and treat others the way we would like to be treated. "Love thy neighbor or as thyself!"

What is your favorite food or cuisine?
"Anything I cook, I went to culinary school, and I am a certified chef. (Just saying)"

"As the maintenance lead, Dawade's skills and expertise played a huge role in our team's success. Instead of getting discouraged by setbacks, he rolled up his sleeves until the job was done. He earns the respect of his office team and the residents, and it made a lasting difference in keeping the community running smoothly."
