Some real estate transactions take a few weeks. This one became a masterclass in patience, perseverance, and refusing to quit.
Starting back in 2017, Jerry Lovell began helping Hailee pursue the dream of home ownership. Over the years, they faced just about every challenge imaginable—rising home prices, increasing interest rates, fierce competition, shifting market conditions, and more than 100 home tours. Most people would have thrown in the towel long ago, but not Jerry.
Jerry's dedication to his client never wavered. Through every market change, every showing, every offer, and every setback, he continued showing up, offering guidance, encouragement, and the belief that the right home was still out there. At this point, Jerry has probably seen enough houses to qualify as a home inspector, appraiser, and part-time HGTV host! 😂
Of course, none of this would have been possible without Hailee Schmit's incredible patience and determination. After years of staying committed to the goal, her perseverance finally paid off with a home she can proudly call her own.
