He grew up in the town of Brainard and graduated from East Butler High School. After high school, Troy attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as a minor in Management and a minor in Communication. He decided early in his college career that Real Estate was his calling, and he received his Real Estate license during
his junior year of college. Troy got started in the Real Estate business working for Home Real Estate in Lincoln while he was completing his bachelor’s degree. During his first years in Real Estate, Troy quickly became one of the top Realtors in Omaha as well as Lincoln. Troy joined Prudential in February of 2007 and was awarded “Rookie of the Year”. Troy started his own team in 2011 called Elite Nebraska. He is the Team Leader/Owner of Elite Nebraska with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate which is one of the Top Teams in the Nation! Elite Nebraska Closed over 300 Transactions in 2014 for over $52 Million in Volume and was #9 in the country throughout the entire Berkshire Hathaway/Prudential network for closed transactions. Elite Nebraska Closed 426 Transactions in 2015 for over $79 Million in Volume and was #4 in the country throughout the Berkshire Hathaway network.
