BINGE WORTHY!!! 🤩. My two favorite words when searching for something to watch with my kids.

My kiddos, thank goodness, are different ages and have different likes/dislikes. 👍/👎

One of my favorite things to do with each one of my kids is to "binge" a TV show tailored to them.

With Gabriel, it's Avatar: The Last Airbender. If you haven't seen it, it has great action, with imagination. It's also not too cheesy.

Gabriel found out there will be another season coming out in 2026. He asks me about every two weeks if the new one is out.

Young Sheldon is perfect for my daughter. We almost went through an entire season in one Sunday afternoon. It's quirky, funny, with a little bit of drama. 🎭

Missy, on the show, is spitting image of Bella.

Missy is the second child, Bella is the second child. Missy is sassy. You guessed it, Bella is sassy. 💁‍♀️A perfect match.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine is a TV show Noah and I are watching now. We love it, because it's a cop 👮 show while being a spoof.

Sarcasm and innuendos is exactly how my 17 year old talks in real life. No wonder he loves the show so much.

Shoes were created by the DEVIL!!!

I understand there are people in the world that love shoes. We look fantastic in them.

They collect them. Some people are pretty serious about their collections. I mean, have you seen those sneaker rooms on IG and Tiktok???

You're called unprofessional if you don't wear them. I get it, you look weird without them.

They’re a necessary evil.

I hate wearing them, they are so restricting and uncomfortable. I try to buy the lightest shoes possible, but I still feel like I'm wearing concrete blocks.

As soon as I get to the office, the first thing I do is take my shoes off. My friends make fun of me. Oh well, I would rather be comfortable.

My grandparents always said "You have to wear shoes when you drive!!!!" Guess what, NOPE.

I checked into the laws. The first thing I do when I get into my car is take my shoes off.

Besides making a fashion statement, can we get rid of these things? At least in the summer?

One of my top strengths when it comes to strength finder is SIGNIFICANCE. People who have Significance seek to have an impact on people. This leads them away from the mundane toward the exceptional.

When bosses would try to put in place a new system or rule, they would run it by me first. If I believed in my heart the new system would be helpful, I would talk others into using.

If I thought the new system was a waste of time or money. I would do anything and everything to sabotage it. I would talk other employees into agreeing with me.

My parents would tell me all the time that "I can sell ice to an eskimo." I always hated that saying. I used to sell Amway. I used to feel gross selling items the client didn't need or was way overpriced. Drove me bonkers!!

Significance is why I created the Authentic Transitions Method. If you ask my professional opinion you'll get a straight answer. I've been in many situations where I tell the client a house is garbage, let's find the perfect one for them.

So if you do see me "sell ice" and you're the eskimo. It's because I believe in my heart this is the best home for you!!!

Can anyone relate? Your newly weds expecting your first kiddo and you buy your first home. 💍

It's your first home and you're flying by the seat of your pants. You're so excited to call a place home.

Of course it didn't have everything you wanted, but for your budget it's 100% amazing.

Jack and Hannah were so happy. They have a 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage. Life is fantastic.

A couple years later they had a 2nd child. Life at home is getting too crazy. Did the home shrink?

Hannah has dreamed about a new home, and realized she needed to make it a reality. 🛌

We had an initial meeting to develop a game plan. One of the main items is their current home.

My grandfather was never the "richest" person I knew. He was though, by far the "richest" person I ever met when it came to experiences.

I've received items that were grandpas when he passed away. But, it’s memories he made with me that are my most prized possessions.

Fishing for bullheads 🤮 by Okoboji while camping is on the top of the list.
Watching him mess with nurses at 75 years old. He was only in the hospital because he was dodging the center line marks on his motorcycle and wiped out.🏍️

He lived his life to the fullest.

Stories of what he did could go on forever.

A buddy of mine owns a lot of restaurants in a major fast food chain here in Omaha.

One of his major rules was the parking lot and bathroom had to be the cleanest part. 🧹

I always thought the rule was super dumb. I want the kitchen to be the cleanest 100%.

He explained when people step foot on his restaurant property. They're judging his food, where he likes it or not. Are the trash cans empty? Do the bathroom stink to high heaven?😷

It all matters. They know if their food will be safe to eat within 10 seconds of opening his door.

Cleanliness nets him more money.

“The wilderness must be explored!” — Russell from the movie Up

I love that movie and quote. When I was a little kid I loved hearing stories of Lewis and Clark or even watching Indiana Jones. 🧭

Outer space is unexplored, but yea I'm not an astronaut. The only other unexplored place is fresh water and the ocean. Scuba diving it is!!! 🤿

A small little pond, 100 ft deep in a cavern in Florida, 85 feet in a shipwreck off the coast of Florida, or even swimming with bull sharks. Every time I go under the water I feel like an explorer, and the wilderness must be explored.😆

If you like exploring or even treasure hunting you need to experience scuba diving. It's life changing. 🏴‍☠️
