✨ One of our favorite spaces in this home? The newly remodeled third floor.
Bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, it adds so much usable living space — something you don’t often find in Dundee.
A few standout features:
    • 🌬️ Zoned HVAC with a dedicated system for the 2nd & 3rd floors — rare in a 2,000 sq ft historic home and a game-changer for comfort.
    • 🪟 Large dormer addition that raises the ceiling height, giving true stand-up headroom (so uncommon in third-floor conversions!).
    • 🌤️ Expansive Pella window that fills the room with natural light and adds beautiful architectural character.
    • 🛋️ Flexible layout perfect for a family room, office, cozy hangout, or guest space.
Timeless charm + smart upgrades — it’s a special combination on this block of Dundee. 💛
