Construction is moving quickly at Metonics' first build-to-rent community, The Collection at Elkhorn. With the first build-to-rent homes scheduled to deliver in early 2026, pre-leasing is already underway. Once complete, the community will offer spacious 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes with luxurious finishes, including high ceilings, modern lighting, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tile backsplashes.

Earlier this quarter, Metonic acquired two apartment communities in the supply-constrained Columbus, NE, submarket. Acquired in part through a 1031 exchange, Northside Square and Lakeview Apartments offer 172 apartment homes near opportunities in the medical, agricultural, and manufacturing industries.

Metonic plans to leverage our extensive experience in performing capital-expenditure work in tertiary markets to strategically renovate both communities, adding value for both investors and residents.

Located at the intersection of Highway 30 and Highway 133, Blair Crossing will bring 133 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes to this growing community.
