Bought your home 5+ years ago? 🏡 Chances are, your house has changed in value, your family’s needs have evolved, and your “perfect fit” might not be the same as it was when you first moved in.
Over the past several years, most homeowners have seen significant equity growth—sometimes more than they realize. That equity can open doors to upgrade your home, tackle renovations, or even move into a space that better fits your lifestyle. ✨
Staying put might feel comfortable, but it’s not always the smartest financial move. Markets shift, life changes, and what worked for you five years ago might not serve you today. Taking a moment to evaluate your options can save stress, maximize your investment, and put you in the home you truly need now.
Swipe through my carousel to see how equity, upgrades, and planning ahead can help you make the most of your next chapter—and why now might be the perfect time to act. 💛

As I have looked back on my life I have realized that at the young age of 8 I began to develop my love for Real Estate. I'd "borrow" my brothers Legos and Lincoln Logs and build homes with them. Once my little villages were complete, I would move my Lego people around from house to house. Little did I know that trading Lego trees for a new Lego home was a transaction and I always wanted the best deal I could get. This passion that I developed as a child has stuck with me through adulthood.
As a mother of three busy children, an active member in my community, and an ambitious entrepreneur, I understand the time constraints that many of us face and just how important it is to hire a qualified professional to take the reins and get the job done. I strive daily to ensure that my clients' real estate needs are fulfilled/met beyond expectations by providing excellent customer service, tackling challenging negotiations, and putting their goals first (financial gain, emotional well-being, etc.).
Professional Experience
Most of my field experience has been in Customer Service and Sales roles. In addition, one of my strongest passions is in helping others succeed and/or improve their quality of life. This led me to pursue and attain a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in Family Studies and a Minor in Sociology.
Being a Realtor has allowed me to use the skill sets that I have obtained through my experiences and also allows me to fulfill my passion for serving others.
