Working with Chris O'Brien was a pleasure. I warned her that I would be a difficult client in finding a home, but once I found it, it was a quick decision. To sell my home, I was a ready to help her in selling it and the new owner had a binder to introduce her to the neighborhood, workman I used, transferring of warranties etc. Chris had the very unpleasant experience of working with the agent of my previous owner of my new home. They were difficult and did not provide a truthful and compliant MLS. Last minute negotiations were needed as I was going to walk from my forever home. Thank you Chris for your persistance, patience and negotiation during this process.
