*I appreciate knowing my clients are in good hands and will be able to ask any questions regarding maintenance or issues, and receive a knowledgeable informed response. The inspection is an opportunity to give them knowledge about the home they are purchasing and the fact they are able to reach out after the inspection to clarify or ask for more information is very important to me for my clients. Their reports are thorough and provides photos of the item being noted.
AmeriSpec always goes above and beyond to try to accommodate time requests for my clients. If they are not able to make it work, knowing they tried is huge.”

“I liked the communication. You told me when you were going to do it. And you told me when you were going to give me an inspection report.
I liked the ease of use of the interface to view the report and I really liked the ability to create a repair list in the grogram itself and to be able to share it with my real estate agent.”

“The whole process was efficient and thorough. We have used this company in the past. Doug is awesome! He explains what he is looking for, when he saw something of concern, he immediately brought it to our attention. The report comes in quickly, is detailed, but easy to understand and provides guidance for future maintenance. We hope this is our forever home, but if something happens and we need to get a home inspector, this is the company we would choose.”
