For anyone using Zillow to find properties for sale, the company has made changes. They are using far less sources to populate their data than they previously used. Additionally, the recently sold data attached to an agent's profile is not currently accurate.

"Previously, the listings on Zillow.com came from a patchwork of thousands of separate feeds through agreements with brokerages and multiple listing services (MLSs). The move downshifted the number of feeds flowing into Zillow to approximately 600 from the thousands included at present."

The national housing inventory dropped by almost 40 percent year over year in December, falling below 700,000 active listings for the first time in realtor.com’s records, resulting in 449,000 fewer homes for sale than during December 2019.

In Omaha, the number of existing single family homes for sale was down almost 60% in December 2020 compared to December 2019.

While I only briefly worked with Mickey, I know he made an impact on everyone he knew.

On behalf of the entire NP Dodge Company, we express our deepest condolences to the Mickey Sodoro family. Our hearts are heavy for the pain and suffering his unexpected death has caused them.

Family was of the utmost importance to Mickey, and they were the reason he worked so hard. He was truly passionate about his work and colleagues, and that showed through in his dedication to both. Mickey’s legacy will live on in the many lives he touched.

We are grateful for the 27 years Mickey spent with our NP Dodge family. We will miss him greatly, and our hearts are with his family during this difficult time.

We thank everyone for the love and support they have offered on behalf of the Sodoro family. Please continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
