Years ago, I took my lawn mower in for service, absolutely convinced the blades needed sharpening. The shop owner checked them and said, “Your blades are fine. You’re just mowing too fast.”

Well…excuse me for bringing a sense of urgency to lawn care. 😂

He changed the oil, sent me home, and—wouldn’t you know it—he was right. Once I slowed down, the mower did exactly what it was supposed to do.

Moral of the story: Sometimes the equipment isn’t the problem. Sometimes we just need to slow down, listen to the expert, and adjust our approach. A small change can make a big difference—in lawn care, real estate, and life.
