Jeff Leise Realtor

Jeff Leise Realtor I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and have lived here all of my adult life as well. After college, I moved back to Omaha and started my professional career.

I graduated from Creighton Prep High School, and moved on to the University of Nebraska. While at Nebraska, I played baseball and was fortunate to play on two College World Series teams. My real estate career began by purchasing investment rental properties in Omaha. I immediately had a passion for real estate, and I’ve always enjoyed working with people and helping others. The logical next step was to become a licensed real estate agent, and start helping others buy and sell real estate. I currently work at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate. I have a wealth of experience helping both buyers and sellers of residential real estate. In addition to that, I’ve helped several clients with investment properties, and have also helped several businesses with their commercial real estate needs. In 2016, I represented clients in over $7 million of closed transactions. There are 4 key traits that I try to live by (and also teach my kids to live by):
1 – Be a Good Person. It starts with this, and I try to live this out in everything I do.
2 – Learn. Whether it’s from success or failure, my life, or others, I try to learn from everything.
3 – Work Hard. There is no excuse not to. My clients deserve it, and it’s the only way I know.
4 – Have Fun. What’s the point if you don’t enjoy what you do, and enjoy your life! In addition to these 4 points, relationships are paramount to me. I enjoy meeting people, getting to know people, and HELPING people! Oh yeah, and I’m very competitive and love to negotiate…which is always a good thing when buying or selling a home!
