What a two week stretch!!

In the last 15 days,
10 pended sales.
7 closings.
5 new listings secured.
3 new buyers.

And those are just tip-of-the-iceberg results. There's all the unseen work underneath. It's been full and productive but we've had time for fun too and that's the way it should be. I am immensely thankful to find ways to make it all work. But it's not without the support of great clients, good family help, and an assistant to keep up with it all.

I spent much of childhood thinking I would become a schoolteacher. And I studied Education in college and I actually taught Special Education for two years prior to real estate. I do believe real estate is the more appropriate lifetime fit for me but I do always try to work with the "heart of a teacher." Sometimes I am asked if I miss teaching and the answer is not really because I think what satisfied me about teaching I experience working with clients. And if I really need to scratch the itch, I am invited from time to time to teach a class for colleagues and I always say yes. I have another chance Thursday to share about what I do but this time for Realtors all across the country!
