Look at that sweet little smiling face! & then toasting with her parents & her cute little hands! OK, she is not the only reason I wanted to help her family find their new home. This awesome trio came from CA to NE in hopes of finding a great place to land & they did! Establishing their list of wants and needs and patiently weeding out the houses that didn't fit until they found the one. Then putting an extremely smart & strong offer in beating out 3 other buyers and getting the house. My heart is so happy for them & their neighbors are going to be very happy they are moving in - great family! Enjoy your new home & thanking you so very much for allowing me to help you find it! Well, Charlie got a new home! And she absolutely loves it! 🐾. Her mom and dad allowed me to work for them to find their first home. They are special friends to family and I was so happy to get to know them and find such a great home for the three of them!! And a little plug for both, Kobe is an amazing contractor with a construction company and Taylor is a professional floral and wedding designer. The bouquet she gave me is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen or received.
