(In my best Miley Cyrus voice 🎤) “IT’S THE CLIMBBBB!” 😂

And trust me—the climb is worth the view. 🌳

This gorgeous classic Foursquare is packed with the kind of character you just can’t recreate:

✨ Hardwood floors throughout both levels
✨ High ceilings
✨ Original unpainted woodwork + built-ins
✨ Large NEW deck overlooking a forest-backed yard 🌲
✨ Covered west-facing front porch—perfect for sunset views 🌅
✨ No backyard neighbors!

🛏️ 3 bedrooms
🛁 1½ bathrooms
🚗 1-car garage
📐 1,272 sq. ft.

And the best part? All under $183K! 👀

A friend from school gave this to his wife as a Christmas present today. Honored I could make it for them.
