Excited for the project to be finished, the increased connection from the Old Market to the the Capitol district and north downtown will be nice.

Next week, another significant step in The Riverfront redevelopment process will begin in Gene Leahy Mall. With this work, there would be some additional, temporary noise in downtown Omaha.

Beginning on Monday, October 19 the construction team will begin driving foundational piles for the performance pavilion planned for the heart of Gene Leahy Mall.

As a reminder of what this exciting amenity will look like, a rendering of its final design is attached to this email. All design renderings can be found on RiverFrontRevitalization.com.

This work is scheduled to last for the next three weeks during routine business hours (Monday through Saturday).
