It's almost here! 🎉 THIS Saturday, September 5th, the Streetcar Impact Alliance block party takes over 16th Street between Harney and Farnam - right at The Barker's front door.

Join us for Rally on the Route from 2 pm to 8 pm, come out for food and drink tents from local restaurants, a live DJ, and performances from the Omaha Symphony, Opera Omaha, and more. Drinks purchased inside the fenced-off area can be enjoyed anywhere in the block party zone. 🍔🎶

Getting here is easy: Park Omaha is offering $1 garage parking at the Park One garage (1516 Douglas St) and FREE metered parking within one block of the event. And if you live at The Barker? Just step outside. 😎

Come celebrate and support the businesses along the streetcar corridor. They've been here through all the construction, and Saturday is all about showing them some love. See you there!

The Streetcar Impact Alliance is hosting Rally on the Route on Saturday, September 5th - a block party taking over 16th street (between Farnam and Harney) from 2 to 8 PM, all to celebrate the local businesses keeping downtown awesome through streetcar construction.

Same corner, two eras! Check out 15th & Farnam in 1921 and the new Barker Building, which stands today in 1929. The Barker family had been building on this corner since the 1800s, but this Neo-Gothic stunner was their masterpiece and we're so proud to be a part of it's history!
