The Mutual of Omaha tower continues to rise in downtown Omaha and is reaching an exciting milestone. It is now approaching its final height and taking clear shape on the skyline and within the building itself.

At 677 feet tall, the tower will redefine Omaha’s skyline and help set the stage for a next-generation workplace designed to support Mutual of Omaha’s future growth and innovation. Construction continues steadily through the winter, with progress on the structural core, enclosure, and interior build-out.

The Mutual of Omaha Tower is climbing toward its full height, and once complete, it will be the tallest building in Nebraska and a new landmark for Omaha's skyline.

As the developer, it's been incredible to watch this project come to life, floor by floor. More than a building, it's a vision for the future of how we work and live.

Lanoha's president, Jason Lanoha, discussed with KETV NewsWatch 7, "We were designing this building during Covid… we all decided we want to work a little differently with flexible workspaces, wonderful amenities, and places that make people want to come to work."
