As I sat with this seller yesterday, she told me she was sad. This was her home for 53 years. It was where she brought her babies home, where they celebrated birthdays, holidays, backyard cookouts, volleyball games. Where they sat around the table night after night for family dinner. Where they loved, fought, laughed and cried. It was so much more than just shelter. It was not just the happy, good times. It was also where they figured out life, where generations of Mercy girls gathered and where her husband took his last breath. I was so grateful to sit and talk with her for a short time yesterday. It reminded me that the product we sell might be seen as 4 walls, but it's so much more than that. When we help a seller it's the memories of what happened inside those 4 walls. Thank you for trusting me to help you sell your precious home! I have many good memories of the hospitality this wonderful family gave to me and everyone else who entered their home.

Saying goodbye to a family home isn't always easy. We appreciate when families trust us to walk with them through the process.
