At the intersection of sales and development—starting with a $25M redevelopment.
I’ve spent the past year working on a project that marks an important step in my career.
Cornerstone | The Residences is the adaptive reuse of a late-1800s building into modern condominium residences—balancing historic preservation with contemporary design.
I’ve been working alongside the development team—supporting the project through planning and execution—and on the sales side, bringing it to market.
At nearly $25M, it’s the largest project I’ve been part of to date and a meaningful step toward deeper involvement on the development side of the business.
Projects like this offer a clear look at what it takes to move from concept to completion—and I’m focused on continuing to grow in this space and contribute to similar projects.
Proud to be part of this project with Ryan Ellis, Susan Clark-Realtor-PJ Morgan Real Estate, Sentinel Property Group, Echelon Homes, LLC, DeOld Andersen Architecture and Providence House Design.
