As closing day for our clients approaches, one of the more recent tasking items that us sales reps have been given, is delivering the Regency closing gift to their brand new home. I have been absolutely loving the deliveries so far, along with these fantastic baskets our office manager so lovingly puts together every month for our newest additions to the Regency family. Also: it’s taken everything in me not to smuggle one of these squishy blankets out of the office when no one’s looking 😜🤣🏡🚪🍃

It’s sure been one AMAZING weekend here in for our of homes!! 🥰❤️🏡. Got multiple contracts put together for amazing clients including a new build Patriot on S 200th Ave, along with the sale of my Davinci spec on S 199th Ave. Then swung by my brand new Meridian model on Cinnamon to check the progress, and I’m in love with all the features we added to this girl to make her POP. Don’t mind me, I’m just over here ogling the white tambor fireplace and all of the wood beamed ceilings 😍. As a reminder, my model door is always open if you want to chat in person about how building or buying a is the best decision you will ever make ❤️😍🏡🍃🛠️👷‍♀️
