I’m extra proud of this review by Ben…
..sometimes leasing deals go as planned and after offer negotiations,

and lease negotiations,

you’re at the end of the road and the deal is done.

With Ben and his lease, it was “extra special” because his lender wanted an additional document signed by the landlord

BUT

The landlord refused to sign it. 🚨

Well, we found a way around it and got the lease signed.

Whew! Ben was great to work with throughout the whole process, thanks Ben!

🗑️ Trash Cans to Treasure? How My 13-Year-Old is Turning Guck into Gold 💪🚀

This was me thirty years ago (not literally). Always looking for ways to make money, and have some fun too!

I mowed lawns, shoveled driveways, had a newspaper route.

This is my son Luca, one of his latest entrepreneurial conquests was power washing trash cans in our neighborhood. This time it was different though.

He and his brother sprayed out trash cans last spring, but they didn’t have a power washer. This time Luca partnered up with one of his buddies to use his power washer to make the job go faster and do a more thorough cleaning - win/win!

My son is always looking for new ways to make money, what are your kids doing? 🤔

He’s at that tough age where he’s not old enough to drive, so that has limited him some. But maybe it also is a benefit too by helping him narrow down his options.
