I can’t tell you how many conversations start with what I said above ⬆️

And almost every time, the person is shocked when they find out they may be closer to buying a home than they thought.

The truth is, most people disqualify themselves before ever talking to a lender or agent.

I’m not saying everyone qualifies. What I am saying is that assumptions are keeping a lot of people from even exploring options.

I’ve worked with buyers who had student loans, less-than-perfect credit, and nowhere near 20% down. Were they all ready to buy? No. But many were much closer than they thought.

The first step isn’t buying a house.

The first step is finding out where you actually stand.

WOW 🤍 We officially hit full capacity for our FREE youth volleyball clinic!!

I seriously cannot thank everyone enough for the support and excitement around this event. Seeing this many young athletes excited to learn and play volleyball means so much to me!

A huge THANK YOU to all the families who signed up so quickly and to our amazing sponsors who are helping make this clinic possible.
