Despite being newly renovated, in a prime location across from UNL’s Colleges of Dentistry and Law, and reviewed by multiple seasoned property managers… this property has underperformed.
But here’s the thing: when logic falls short, leadership steps in.
So that’s exactly what we’re doing.
We’re becoming more hands-on than ever — not just to protect an asset, but to create a place people are proud to call home.
Here’s what we’re doing differently:

✨ Implementing high-touch tenant care — real conversations, presence, and support
✨ Move-in gifts + monthly gift raffles for on-time rent payments (because appreciation matters!)
✨ Quarterly “Meet the Owners” events to increase transparency and collaboration
✨ Building a culture of mutual respect, warmth, and community — not conflict
