We are working to restore power to over 220,000 customers after a severe windstorm with gusts up to 100 mph hit the Omaha area, causing widespread damage and outages, particularly in Douglas and Sarpy counties. Other affected areas include Cass, Saunders, Washington, Pottawattamie and Otoe counties.

Our crews are navigating debris-strewn roads to reach outage sites and restore power as quickly and safely as possible.

A few reminders:
⚠️Stay away from downed power lines and assume they are live and extremely dangerous. Report hazards or outages at 1-800-554-6773 or use the OPPDconnect app.
🦺 For everyone's safety, please avoid approaching our crews while they work.
❌ Keep refrigerator and freezer doors closed to help preserve food.

In addition to not having a parking sticker, some other reasons you may be towed include, illegal or homemade in-transits, parking on grass, dead storage, double parking, blocking others in, having no plates on your vehicle, parking in another tenant's paid spot, and more. Please review your lease on your tenant portal for additional reasons to tow.
Guests must park on city streets, there are no exceptions.
If you need to update your parking sticker, please provide the necessary documents and stop by the office Mon-Fri from 7am-4pm.
