A lot of residents and fellows I've worked with moved here without ever visiting (or maybe visiting once for a campus visit and interview).

I help people find homes in Omaha without being here in person. I also have lenders I work with that specialize in physician loans that make it possible to buy on resident's salary (even if you have lots of medical school debt).

I have created several resources about neighborhoods near the medical centers and what you should know before your move.
