✨ UNMC Residences is starting to feel like home! ✨

Our team has loved seeing the energy, excitement, and sense of community begin to grow. From helping students settle into their new homes to seeing residents' study, connect, and enjoy the spaces around them, it has been wonderful welcoming everyone to the community! 🏡💙

UNMC Residences’ first floor is available 24/7 for residents only and is open to students and faculty from 7 a.m.–10 p.m. We encourage everyone to take advantage of the many spaces available to study, relax, meet new people, build connections, and experience the UNMC spirit. 📚✨

Have questions or want to meet our team? Stop by the Leasing Office located on the first floor we’re open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.–6 p.m. We’d love to meet you and help with anything you need!
