Did you know Dahlman Flats was once home to St. Catherine's Hospital?
Long before it became the apartment community we know today, this historic building served Omaha as St. Catherine's Hospital, providing care to the community for many years. Thousands of patients, doctors, and nurses passed through these halls, making it a place dedicated to healing and service.
Today, while the building has been thoughtfully transformed into modern apartment homes, many of its original architectural features remain—preserving a unique piece of Omaha's history while creating a one-of-a-kind place to live.
It's one of the many reasons Dahlman Flats is more than just an apartment community—it's a building with a story.
