Starting off 2024 with a little something for Luz Family Properties! We purchased a lot in Lake City, MN across from Hole 16 at The Jewel Golf Club.

Colin came across this opportunity a couple months ago to buy this lot at an unbelievable price from a lady who was in a time crunch to sell it quickly for cash, so we decided to take a chance on owning a piece of this new subdivision on one of Minnesota’s premier public golf courses 😃

As far as what we plan to do with this property, that’s still up for debate in our house 😂

We both have lots of family living around the Minneapolis area, so this is a great halfway point between the two if we decide to build a vacation home on it. We are also tossing around the idea of building a spec home on it in a couple of years, or potentially just holding onto the land for 8-10 years and hoping it’s worth significantly more down the road.

Our favorite part of real estate is how many options you have available to you in any given situation. You’ve just got to start with something, and the rest will compound over time! Let 2024 be the year you start investing in real estate if you’ve always want to 😁
