$25K over asking and already closer to family. ❤️

Congratulations to Jennifer and Scott on the successful sale of their home! They found me online, trusted me with the process, and we were able to get their house sold for $25,000 over asking.

Some homes are worth the wait — and this was one of them.

I first met Kathy and Erik when they toured one of my listings back in April of last year. What started as one showing turned into more than a year of searching, many houses, plenty of patience, and a whole lot of trust.

They weren’t looking for just any house. They were looking for their forever retirement home, and that kind of decision deserves time.

There were moments where the search felt discouraging, but they never gave up on finding the right fit. And today, they closed on the one that truly felt meant for them.

The quiet moments before a closing are some of my favorites. Prepping the closing gift, doing the final walk-through, and taking a second to appreciate the journey my clients just went on. It's not always easy...there are negotiations, inspections, and plenty of paperwork—but getting to this finish line makes every single step worth it. I am so incredibly happy for my clients planting their roots here in the Coulee Region today.
