It’s been a crazy busy few days but I need to take a moment to congratulate Laura and Chase on the successful sale of their beautiful Holmen home, and also on the closing on their gorgeous new construction, forever home, with custom finished lower level!

I feel very grateful, fortunate, and blessed that they trusted me and allowed me the opportunity to assist them through the process! It’s crazy to think that this all started off from meeting “some Zillow rando” (Chase’s words).

In all seriousness though, it has been a joy working with them and getting to know them better over the last several months. They are two of the most caring, genuine, and hilarious people you will ever meet, and I’m happy to call them friends. I’m very excited to see what the future holds for them. This house was converted from an old historic hotel that was built in the 1870s. With the age and condition of the structure coupled with FHA financing, this deal was anything but straight forward. Let’s just say that the appraisal process was an adventure😅

However, with a lot of effort, patience, hardwork, perseverance, communication, and coordination between the agents, lender, appraisers and appraisal management company, we were able to make it the closing table!💪😁
