Every home inspection reminds me of why it's so important to have a home inspection no matter the "appearance" of the home.

Today's report that has no "appearance?" The gas water heater is backdrafting. What does that mean? It means the flow of flue gas burner exhaust is heading in the wrong direction. Meaning: Carbon Monoxide is filling into the home.💨

What could that potentially mean for the buyer had they of not had this inspection? Feeling seriously ill or even death due to carbon monoxide poisoning. 😵
