I haven't really been up to telling my Friends that I lost my dad on June 14th due to his failing health. My dad was such a strong man and had a "Can Do" attitude towards most everything in life. I think his only "don't like so much" was electricity, and even that he would divide and conquer. Most all of my strengths come from my dad, as far back as I can remember I wanted to tag along with him everywhere. He taught me to drive at a VERY young age, shoot a rifle and shotgun so I could hunt with him (made me take the Hunters Safety Class), gardening, mowing, change the oil in my car (even changed out a gas filter on my own), plumbing, wallpaper, paint...see just about everything. (Mom, you get some credit too but this is in honor of Dad.) Probably the most important thing he taught me was to work hard, be honest, do it right the first time, respect others and be a fun friend. I will miss you all the rest of my days! To you, John Schartz - I love you and how you fought so hard. In our earthly body we just can't live forever. Like Levi said, leave some of that gold for the rest of us as you are on that Golden Brick Road, hand in hand with God!

Last Wednesday, it was announced that my former brokerage, BHHS North Properties, is merging with Edina Realty! The agents in the Eau Claire office, me included, are incredibly excited to join the largest professional network of agents in the region.
Don't worry, I'm not making any changes. I am committed as always to maintaining top of the industry standards of excellence and professionalism, now with enhanced resources and expertise. I am excited to continue serving you under the industry-leading Edina Realty brand! I will still be providing buyer/seller education, top-tier customer service, and the "fun" that we create while you're buying or selling!
What this means for my clients:

❤️ Existing listing contracts and buyer representation agreements will automatically be transferred over—nothing new is needed from my clients
