Just closed! 🖤 I’ll admit, the market made me sweat a little with this one 😅 Let me tell you why:

A mid-summer, sub-$200k listing in La Crosse seemed like it would go quick. We ended up being on the market for 2 weeks - dozens of showings and 2 open houses later… we got 4 offers in one day and sold for over asking price - What?!? 🤯

It’s impossible to predict how a listing will sell, but it just goes to show what consistent marketing and constant communication can yield. Many thanks to Julie Delap, Realtor, for bringing the perfect buyer && having a super handy + trusting seller helps, too 😜

What a full-circle moment helping these clients 🫶🏼 Alexis purchased 909 Green Bay St with me back in 2021 - just a young, responsible guy wanting to invest in his future… fast forward to now and he and his fiance, Rachel, have upgraded to a gorgeous newer build in Holmen 🏡 I’m so happy for them and look forward to seeing them grow into this new home!!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again (and again)… La Crosse is such an amazing place 🥹 For a smaller area, we are SO rich in community and the arts.

I spent the morning with La Crosse Area Chamber at the beautiful The Rivoli Theatre & Pizzeria && Rivoli Arts Building 🖤 I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of the 2026 cohort of “Leadership La Crosse” through the Chamber - and it has quickly grown to be one of my favorite monthly events ☺️

Today, we got to hear from the owners and directors at The Rivoli Theatre & Pizzeria 🎥 Rivoli Arts Building 🎨 La Crosse Community Theatre 🎭 LSO 🎶 and Pump House Regional Art Center 🖼️ It’s inspiring how tirelessly they all work to ensure we have access to all of these opportunities for all ages!

I encourage you to take advantage of all they have going on!! So much to do, so little time 😅🫶🏼
