𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗱!
Last Wednesday, it was announced that my former brokerage, BHHS North Properties, is merging with Edina Realty! The agents in the Eau Claire office, me included, are incredibly excited to join the largest professional network of agents in the region.
Don't worry, I'm not making any changes. I am committed as always to maintaining top of the industry standards of excellence and professionalism, now with enhanced resources and expertise. I am excited to continue serving you under the industry-leading Edina Realty brand! I will still be providing buyer/seller education, top-tier customer service, and the "fun" that we create while you're buying or selling!
What this means for my clients:
❤️ Existing listing contracts and buyer representation agreements will automatically be transferred over—nothing new is needed from my clients
❤️ My current sellers will soon have an Edina Realty sign in their yards
❤️ I can use Edina Realty’s exclusive NetworkONE tool to share my listings with over 2,000 Edina Realty agents before they go live on the MLS (at the direction of my sellers)
❤️ I can use Edina Realty’s NetworkONE tool to search for pre-market homes for my buyers before they go live on the MLS
❤️ My clients gain access to all the technology, resources and services available at the top real estate company in the Midwest.
