Feeling incredibly grateful to be recognized with a Gold Top Producer Award this month!

I’m always thankful for the recognition, but the numbers behind an award like this have never been what matter most to me. Every sale represents a person, a family, a new beginning, a big decision, or a life transition that I was lucky enough to be a small part of. ❤️

We had a great offer within 48 hours, and since my sellers were relocating out of state for military service, we handled the entire transaction remotely!

On Monday of this week, my sellers closed on their family home of 20+ years as they move into a simpler next chapter! So excited for them and everything ahead!

Even better, I got to work with my friend Teri Pataska, Realtor of Raven Realty on the other side of the transaction! We’ve been friends long before we were ever working together in real estate, and it was so much fun getting to work together. Real estate is so much better when you genuinely enjoy the people you work with ❤️
