Less mowing.
Less stairs.
Less upkeep.
Less worrying about what happens as we get older.

But at the same time…
People still want privacy.
A yard.
A garage.
A place for grandkids to visit.
Nature.
Neighbors who know each other.

I truly believe there’s a missing option in our area between “staying in a larger home” and “moving into traditional senior housing.”

What if there was a 55+ community designed around:
• Simpler living
• Connection without pressure
• Independence with support available
• Walking trails, green space, and gathering places
• Smaller single-family homes with less maintenance
• A rural feel while still close to healthcare, shopping, and family

I’ve worked with many 55+ homeowners who tell me the same thing…
