I discoved a squirrel in the middle of Rogers Drive today. It was tyring to get out of the road. Not much luck. Still knew what was going on, no open bleeding. I took it home. In a new, clean cat carrier now, no odd smells. Gave it a some pear from my tree and a cap of water. Loved that. Everyone is closed. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
The cats are staying outside tonight.
I knew an elderl lady in Old Town Alexanderia who saw a baby, baby suqirrel fall into the fire place.
She grabbed it and had it fo 2 years. Toes were burned. She took it to her vet regularly. Used to put nuts in her hair. When she took her hair down at night the nuts would tumble down on her dressing table.

Some damn fool threw 3 kittens out of their car and they took up residency behind a store on 13 in Exmore. I have been feeding and socializing them for several months. The first, an orange striped female is being spayed tomorrow. I can't take her home. The inn is full. Does someone need/want a particularly lovely, 5 month old, orange tiger sweetie pie? Does anyone need some triple batteries? I only needed 2. There were packs with a dozen or 18 or 2 dozen. I found packages with 30 or 40. I only needed 2 triple batteries. In the end, after an exhustive search, i found a pack with 8.. Who wants' em?. I only needed 2..

OPEN HOUSE tomorrow, Saturday the 14th, in Onancock on King Street. Just a block from the harbor. 2 bedrooms up and a master suite down. From 9:60 to 11:60. Excellent location, private yard, 2 1/2 baths, large sunroom. It's a great house.
