This first week at 610 Paint Rock Rd has been incredibly productive, and we’re excited about the progress already underway.
We’ve completed demolition of Apartment #1 and the center section of the restaurant space, setting the stage for a full transformation. New subfloors and drywall are going in, and everything is moving right on schedule. Our fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment is on track for March 1st availability.
To celebrate the momentum, anyone who reserves now will receive half off their first month’s rent.

Happy New Year!

We’re excited to announce our newest project at 610 Paint Rock Rd., the former Grocery Store, right across from Oneida City Park. It’s an honor to be part of this building’s next chapter and to invest in a place with so much local history.

Renovations will begin soon, and when finished, the space will include a two-bedroom apartment, a one-bedroom apartment, and a restaurant space that can be customized to fit the vision of the first tenant.
