Officially in the top 15 out of 400 plus agents in the ODBR. 🙏 Although I don’t see myself ever going back to the restaurant industry, it taught me so much that I never expected would carry into real estate.

Week 18 of delivering some of the best fresh donuts from The Donut Hut & Bakery-Unadilla🍩

This week I stopped by Oneonta Jiu Jitsu Academy I was introduced to them almost exactly a year ago through a self defense class with the brokerage and pretty much immediately fell in love with it.

It’s been an incredible place to grow, learn, push myself, and watching the impact it’s had on my kid has been awesome too. Good people and genuinely top tier coaches. I’d highly recommend checking them out!
Anyways, enough said donuts deserved.

My awesome clients relocated all the way from Asia! 🌎 Definitely not your typical closing, including an unexpected last minute 23 hour flight to make it happen 😅 but we navigated it, had some great attorneys (TGIF Jamie J Velardi) helping keep everything on track and got it across the finish line!
