I didn’t think I’d expect to meet & his wife Heather. It was such an honor to meet such a power couple who are passionate about sharing with the world and promoting the growth of the industry for the benefit of the next generation of farmers in The Philippines. I only started following less than 6 months ago, and I’ve been consistently impressed with their journey, and stories shared to us. The Philippines is home to all 4 species of coffee: Arabica, Robusta, Excelsa, and Liberica.
Tim & Heather are incredible content creators, and they’ve visited so many family farmers throughout , advocating for . This was my first cupping experience, and I learned more on how to distinguish coffee notes, flavors and the difference between fragrance and aroma when it comes to coffee tasting.
