For Chris and Devyn, it buys a lot more than a house.

It buys a dream they’ve been working toward for years.

Sometimes the dream doesn’t happen on the first move.

Some dreams need time to grow.

Just because something doesn’t happen when you want it to doesn’t mean it isn’t meant.

Two years ago, Chris and Devyn shared a dream of living in the country.

Not every house should be fixed before selling.

This one needed a lot of work.
And the seller needed to relocate quickly.

Doing nothing wasn’t an option.

We were connected through a referral, and from the start it wasn’t about pushing for the highest number.

It was about making the right decision for their situation.

A lot of people get stuck here.

Most sellers think waiting creates leverage.
Sometimes it does.
A lot of times, it quietly works against you.

An offer was written above asking price.
The seller decided to wait… hoping the open house would bring something better.

When they came back around…

That window doesn’t stay open forever.

One of the things I care a lot about is making the moving process easier for the people I work with. Buying or selling a home is already a big transition, so anything that can remove friction helps.

One simple way we do that is through the Dream Huge moving truck.
