Realtors BEWARE!
We are always told…. Be aware of your surroundings. Be cautious.

So I was hosting an Open House today…. Traffic started out great and there was person (male) in particular that really seemed to like the property. He said he girlfriend was an architect and couldn’t be here but would like to take photos. He was taking photos of the backyard, then came into and went to the bedroom. Another person came in and previewed the property but in the meantime the other individual asked if I had a charger….. no harm …..my car was close to the front door (which was open) so I proceeded to get it. In the meantime,I’m having a conversation with another gentleman and suddenly the one who wanted to take photos left. Once I had a free moment, I went to my purse to get my glasses, and realized my wallet was gone!!

I normally do not take my bag in while Hosting an Open House but I was buying an item from my Seller, and immediately started showing the home and placed my bag under the desk. (Yes, really I should’ve taken the time to secure my bag prior to showing) it’s a trust thing I guess.?).

The guy signed my register….he even gave me his email so I could send me another listing I have, which I am sure they are bogus.

However, as angry as I am at myself and MORE angry at that person, I am grateful for the other gentleman coming in to preview as I do not know what other intentions that guy had. As I look back at the timing and events I now know it could have possibly not ended well.

He was a probably about 6 feet, slender and drove a Honda.

I LOVE HELPING FAMILIES SELL THEIR HOMES AND LOVE HELPING FAMILIES FIND THEIR NEW HOMES❤️❤️AND LOVE REAL ESTATE❤️❤️.

Just be careful, cautious and aware of your surroundings.
