With 30 plus years of experience and more than 30 million square feet delivered, Landon brings strong leadership in commercial and industrial construction. He will oversee operations across project management, safety, and field teams while continuing to mentor emerging leaders and strengthen our standard of excellence.

Fullmer is excited to kick off the new year with some great news! We have officially broken ground on our first project in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Apex Ridge development will feature two concrete tilt-up buildings totaling 1.3 million square feet.

We are proud to partner with EBS Realty Partners on this milestone project and look forward to delivering a high-quality build.

We recently completed a 335,460 sf cross-dock warehouse for in San Bernardino, CA. The building includes 40’ clear height, 92 dock-doors and direct access to the I-215.

This project had unique challenges, including off-site work to accommodate the adjacent rail line. A key task was running 12” water line through 180 feet of railroad requiring careful coordination and planning to meet infrastructure requirements.

Fullmer recently completed Perris Logistics Center North for IDI, a state-of-the-art 1.2M sf building, with easy access to 215 & 60 freeways, surrounded by major brands such as Kraft, Home Depot, and Wayfair.

Fullmer recently completed Concourse Logistics Center, a 122,648 sf warehouse in San Jose, CA. Built for OMP, this newly finished building is strategically located on 7 acres near the 880 freeway and 4,000 sf of office space, 32’ clear height, 16 dock-doors, and 27 trailer parking stalls. Project scope included tenant improvement for Home Depot. This successful project demonstrates Fullmer’s continued strong presence and expertise in the Northern California market and underscores our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality industrial spaces throughout the region.

This year also marks a significant milestone as we celebrate the 5th anniversary of Fullmer's Sacramento office, a testament to our commitment to serving Northern California. Over the past five years, we have not only expanded our footprint but also cultivated strong relationships, consistently delivering industrial projects with the integrity and excellence that define Fullmer.

Fullmer recently completed a massive project, I-15 Logistics Center in Fontana, CA. The 1,171,788 sf Class A building is situated on 61 acres and is located next to the I-15 freeway. This warehouse is a cross-dock facility and has a prime location with ½ mile long frontage along I-15.

The project required substantial offsite improvements, including the construction of ¾ mile of new roadway, a new traffic signal, 16 streetlights and over 1 mile of sewer connections south of the I-15 freeway with repaving. The building has been leased to Amazon.

Fullmer recently completed Oleander Business Park in Perris, CA, featuring 2 new buildings at 348,375 and 332,377 sf. The site offers convenient access to I-215, 60 and 91 freeways. Both buildings are fully occupied, with Building A leased to Brother and Building B to White Cap.

Warrior for Children is a nonprofit that supports children navigating through trauma. Our team wrapped birthday presents and fulfilled kids’ wish lists, choosing gifts to make their day special. We’re excited to come back during the holidays and continue giving back!
