Just sold! Big shout out to my young client for trusting me in selling her inherited property! I love how God works! I had a phone call a day ago asking about a property I had for sale, I told her that sadly it was under contract. She asked me if I knew anything about a property down the road, she was having a hard time getting the realtor to negotiate with her and give her information. I said, let me try, I'll call you right back. I called her back and said I got the realtor to agree to what you are wanting (30k less) and I'll have all the information you were looking for emailed over. She said awesome, let's go over everything in person tomorrow. I call the next day, she said she'd like to look at 2 more before she decides, is there a way I can get the realtors to let her in? I said I'll show it to her, just give me a moment. I called back 5 mins later and said I had both approved to show.

We look at both properties and the last was the one! They still needed to stay under budget for making it handicap accessible, and I said no problem, I'll negotiate down. She said what about 10k less? I said I'll do one better, let's try for 15k less. I call and talk to the realtor, really great conversation, amazing lady, I explain what they are needing, she's says send it.

Today, I was able to give her great news that the offer was accepted! It's such a relief for them, now my client will be able to get back to life and rest and heal! Funny how opportunities arise, sometimes they are so small you might miss them if you don't take the time to try and help...

I look forward to helping these amazing people, they truly are wonderful

I forgot to share that we sold this house for my client Sara Alleman! There were times we really had to trust God in all of this, to wait patiently for his timing, but we did it! This family was absolutely wonderful to work with and I'm so happy that they trusted me to help them sell their home! We closed last week on this super cute home for a family of 8, soon to be 9! It was 5 mins from my client's husband's work, totally her style, low maintenence, new as well as substantially under budget.
