Okayyyy but “where should we live in Chattanooga?” depends on approximately 47 things 😂🤍

Do we need sidewalks? Kids running to the neighborhood pool all summer? 🌳 A trail nearby? Water? Cute little places to wander around on a Saturday?

Because you can love the house… but if the neighborhood doesn’t fit your actual life, we mayyy need to keep looking. 👀🏡

Chattanooga really does make it easy to be the “fun mom.” 😂

Aquarium day. Climbing until everybody’s tired. A Lookouts game with entirely too many snacks. IMAX when it’s 900 degrees outside. And the Creative Discovery Museum because somehow they’re STILL not tired. 🤪

These are the things I love about raising kids here. There’s always somewhere to go, something to do, and usually a memory being made somewhere in the middle of it all.

And yes… I will absolutely use “it’s for the kids” as an excuse to go to all five. 😂🤍

You can ask me ALL the questions. Send me the Zillow link at 11:47pm. Tell me you absolutely need a kitchen window because you’ve pictured yourself washing dishes there since you were 12. 😂

My job is to take all of that + turn it into a plan that actually makes sense for you.

You get to be excited about buying your first home. 🏡
