Linda Gaddis, Broker, 35 South Real Estate & Design

Linda Gaddis, Broker, 35 South Real Estate & Design 35 South is a locally owned Real Estate & Design boutique servicing greater Chattanooga area and North Georgia. I was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN.

After graduating from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Office Administration I married and moved away. My husband and I moved 8 times in 8 years...having 3 children all along the way. Moving taught me many things...like how it feels to relocate an entire family, get settled in a new environment, settle your children into new schools and a new community, etc. Several years later we returned to Chattanooga. I began working outside of the home at a Mortgage Company. I was eager to learn all I could to advance into the banking world and then to accept a job as a closing agent at a title company. All of this experience was preparing me to accept the invitation from my mother, Kay Witt to join her in selling real estate. After 30 years in the business I have had the privilege to assist hundreds of families through the difficult process of selecting or selling their home. Over the years clients have ask me to help them with decor changes in the homes they chose or others would ask me to help them get their homes ready to go on the market. From these requests my design services began...and today have grown to an equally rewarding aspect of my job. Both aspects of my work keep me on my toes...but I wouldn't change a thing!

A Year in Review,
Our homes are about moments and memories. Our real estate transactions are no different…
We never only see addresses and numbers: We hear stories and remember searches and negotiations and the people we have served along the way.
We reflect with Joy on 2024 and Welcome what’s to come in the year ahead. ✨

Looking to buy or sell? We look forward to hearing from you ☺️
