Some closings are a little more special than others, and this one definitely falls into that category. 🥹

I got to help my childhood best friend and classmate, Madison, and Clint buy their first home today!

After I sold a house back in February that Madison had her heart set on, she was SO disappointed. But she stayed patient and waited for the right one. Then Lana listed this house, and I knew immediately that it was going to be the one for them.

I basically made her go look at it the SAME day it hit the market because I knew it wasn’t going to last long. Sure enough, we had an accepted offer within ONE day, with the seller paying $8,000 toward their closing costs!

Today they walked away from the closing table with $1,600 in cash and over $7,000 in equity in their new home. HOW COOL IS THAT!

And because Madison is Madison, she showed up with a binder containing EVERYTHING about her new house. 😂 I had to get a picture because it was just too perfect.

Madison + Clint, I’m so proud of y’all and so thankful you trusted me to be your Realtor through such a huge milestone. Watching your best friend become a homeowner is something I’ll never take for granted. ❤️🏡

Congratulations, y’all! I can’t wait to see all the memories you make here!
