We finally bought a condo after 20 years of being on the fence because of not wanting to rent it out to just anyone. We decided we would rent it to people we know and trust and not go thru VRBO etc to make it cheaper for everyone. . We will charge $500 per night in all during peak season April 1st thru August 31st and $400 per night non peak season. . This will include all taxes etc with no additional cost in the fine print. This is a gorgeous corner unit with 3 BR / 2BA that can sleep 10. It has many amenities onsite. We will have more details in comments on our private page.
