There are quite a few price reductions in Orange Beach this week. Here are two of my very favorites.😍

4954 Bay Circle: This is right my house and it has the most magnificent views! This home formerly belonged to me and Denny, but we sold it a few years back to a dear friend who is ready to downsize. We absolutely regret selling it. What we loved most about it is the huge master bedroom and the large front porch. It has been completely updated and has an extra bath under the porch. It is not in a flood zone which is rare in OB. One more thing, across the street from this home is a private waterfront park just for you and your neighbors. You can tie your boat up for the weekend or just enjoy the sunset views. We love to take the dogs swimming here.

Next up is Woodglen. This is a very affordable and clean (like new) mobile home located in a great area off of Canal Road. The lot is HUGE and some people are replacing mobile homes for for new construction. I like it because it would just make a great second home at the beach. The neighborhood has a lovely pool and also backs up to the Back Country trails which is like being in another world...perfect for bike riders and nature lovers too. Look for the Blue Angels tonight!

UPDATE @ 8:05: The Blues just flew low over Orange Beach at 8:00pm.

𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 @ 𝟔:𝟓𝟎𝐩𝐦: Fat Albert took off at 6:27pm and is traveling at 380 mph. He will arrive after dark.

IF the Blues took off at 6:30pm that would put them back in our area around 7:45-8:15, my best guess. That will likely be too late for a possible Beach Buzz.

If anyone sees them coming in please let us know the time.

𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 @ 𝟔:𝟎𝟓𝐩𝐦: Normally, the Blue Angels take off right before Fat Albert. We would have thought that Fat Albert would be airborne by now, but he's not. This information pushes our guesstimate back by an hour at this point.

Please keep in mind that we don't know their flight plans, and it could be that they won't come home until tomorrow, but they do have a practice scheduled on Tuesday.

The tropical system moving into the Gulf of Mexico could possibly be a factor in their flight plans.

𝗢𝗕𝗔 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁: The Blue Angels will be headed home from the Guardians of Freedom Air Show in Lincoln, Nebraska this afternoon. The flight time from Lincoln is roughly 1.5 hours.

We can expect them back here on the Gulf Coast between 6:30 and 7:30pm.

We will update this post if we get any new information. As always, we never know their flight plan or if they'll give us a Beach Buzz and if they do, where they’ll buzz by.

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: Generally, the further east you are the better chance you have to see the Blues. For the last several years, the Blues would primarily fly in from the east over Pensacola Beach and make their final turn at Perdido Pass. Occasionally, they would go further west, as far as Gulf Shores, but that was rare. This year they’ve been turning to land before even reaching Perdido Key. So, we never know what to expect.

We want to thank everyone who's out watching for the Blue Angels from Navarre and Pensacola Beach for posting updates here in the comments when you see them coming. It's an enormous help!
